Lana Ratapu is a business strategist, coach, and community advocate with over 20 years’ experience helping organisations grow through practical strategy, marketing, and leadership development.

As Founding Director of Stand With Audrey, Lana combines her expertise in business with a deep commitment to community safety, justice reform, and advocacy.

She has led high-impact initiatives, facilitated strategic planning for diverse organisations, and built partnerships that drive measurable results. Lana is passionate about empowering communities, fostering collaboration, and creating systemic change to ensure safer futures.

Nici Andronicus is an accomplished leader with over 30 years’ experience across sport, media, hospitality, finance, and philanthropy. A former elite professional triathlete and MBA graduate, she brings a strategic mindset, strong governance skills, and a passion for driving meaningful social impact.

Most recently, General Manager of the GIANTS Foundation, Nici led transformative community programs and launched a $30 million fundraising strategy to establish a children’s hospice in Western Sydney. She has held senior roles in leading charities and organisations, consistently building partnerships, delivering growth, and creating initiatives that improve lives.

Erin Vassallo is the CEO and Co-Founder of Law Team, a leading advocate for preventative law—helping small and medium businesses put the right legal frameworks in place to avoid costly problems before they arise. With over 22 years’ experience in business and property law across Australia and Canada, Erin combines strategic legal expertise with a commitment to making law clear, accessible, and practical.

She advises not-for-profits on a pro bono basis, has had recommendations adopted by a parliamentary committee, and is passionate about using law as a force for positive change in the community.

Lisa Cahill is the Managing Partner at Fusion and a Founding Board Member of Stand With Audrey. A Chartered Accountant and SMSF Specialist with more than 24 years’ experience, she has worked with clients of all sizes across a wide range of industries, guiding them from start-up and high growth through to succession and business sale.

Lisa is known for building strong financial frameworks that create peace of mind and allow business owners to focus on what they do best. Leading one of the Central Coast’s most respected accounting teams, she values collaboration, trust, and results. Outside of work, Lisa enjoys running, good food, and time with her family.
